Create Your Workspace

A workspace is your team's home in Maxina. It holds your products, conversations, team members, and AI settings — all in one place. You can create multiple workspaces for different businesses.

Step 1: Sign Up​

  1. Go to maxina.ai
  2. Click Log in to create your account
  3. Enter your email and choose a password

Maxina AI uses a secure identity provider (Keycloak) for authentication. Your password is never stored by Maxina directly.

Step 2: Create a Workspace​

After signing in for the first time, you'll be prompted to create your workspace:

  1. Click Create New Workspace
  2. Enter your business name (e.g., "My Shoe Store")
  3. Click Create

That's it! Your workspace is ready. You'll be taken to the dashboard automatically.

Switching Between Workspaces​

If you're part of multiple workspaces (or create more than one), you can switch between them using the Workspace Switcher in the top navigation bar.
