Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is your AI's brain. It's where all your product data lives — imported from WooCommerce or added manually. The AI searches this data every time a customer asks about a product.
Managing Entries
Adding an Entry
- Click Add Entry in the Knowledge Base
- Fill in the details:
- Title — Product name or topic
- Content — Rich text description (supports Markdown)
- Click Save
Editing an Entry
- Click on any entry to open it
- Edit the title or content
- Click Save
Changes are immediately reflected in the AI's knowledge.
Deleting an Entry
- Open the entry
- Click Delete
- Confirm the deletion
Deleting a knowledge entry removes it from the AI's searchable data. The AI will no longer reference this information in conversations.
Browsing Your Knowledge
The Knowledge Base provides a searchable, paginated list of all your entries:

Search
Use the search bar to find entries by:
- Product name
- Description keywords
- Tags
- Any text in the entry
Filtering
Filter entries by type or status to quickly find what you need.
How the AI Uses Knowledge
When a customer asks "Do you have any running shoes?", here's what happens:
The AI uses semantic search — it understands meaning, not just keywords. So searching for "sneakers" will also find entries tagged with "running shoes", "athletic footwear", etc.
WooCommerce vs Manual Entries
| Aspect | WooCommerce Import | Manual Entry |
|---|---|---|
| Source | Automatic from your store | You type it |
| Updates | Auto-synced via webhooks | Manual updates only |
| Images | AI Vision-analyzed | Not analyzed (text only) |
| Best for | Products from your store | FAQs, policies, custom info |
Pro tip: Add manual entries for things WooCommerce doesn't cover — like shipping policies, return policies, store hours, or frequently asked questions. The AI will use these to answer customer queries too!
